Fine Dining Guide & Destinations (FDGD) works with a series of resorts and hotels, health and wellness centers, and salon and spa companies to provide the most relaxing atmosphere for clients.

For our corporate clients, we can arrange a spa experience at various locations in Miami and the Beaches.

Spa hours at the four locations we work with are typically from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily; however, these hours are subject to change seasonally. Spa services are restricted to guests 16 and older; no children are allowed at the spa venues.

FDGD suggests arriving 30-40 minutes prior to your spa appointment time to allow for stress-free check-in, changing, a shower or sauna and a little pre-treatment or unwind time. During check-in, you should advise staff if pregnant, recovering from a recent surgery, or suffering from hypertension. This should also be mentioned to the treatment therapists prior to treatment.

The Spas provide robes, slippers, toiletries and private locker. Guests should consider bringing shorts, t-shirts, fitness footwear and bathing suit. Additional amenities include whirlpools, sauna, steam room, cool dip, heated indoor and outdoor pools, weight-training studio, indoor running track, private lockers, nude sun decks, complimentary beverages. Exercise classes, including spinning, kick boxing, aqua aerobics, yoga, tai chi, pilates, and interval training are also provided at several spa facilities.

Below is a sampling of spa treatments from one of the Spas FDGD frequently works with, the Doral Golf Resort & Spa.

Swedish Massage - 50 minutes
Based on classic European massage techniques, this full body massage helps soothe and relax tired muscles and stimulates circulation, inducing a feeling of well-being and relaxation.

Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage - 50 minutes
This massage is recommended for muscle fatigue, chronic pain, and spasm, as well as limited range of motion. Our therapists use a variety of deep compressions and strokes on specific muscles, or pressure trigger points to alleviate discomfort and tightness.

Aromatherapy Massage - 50 minutes
This excellent anti-stress treatment uses pure aromatic essential oil blends combined with a light, rhythmic technique to ease tired, tense muscles and calm the racing mind.

Detoxifying Herbal Wrap - 25 minutes
A relaxing, cleansing, aromatic heat treatment designed to increase perspiration and help rid the body of toxins and impurities. The treatment consists of wrapping the entire body in unbleached linen sheets steamed in fragrant herbs.

Mineral Body Scrub - 25 minutes
Mineral salt blended with aromatic oils is applied to the body in circular motions to exfoliate and refine the skin. A loofah scrub with a mineral bath gel follows, leaving the skin tingling and refreshed.

Body Gommage - 50 minutes
A European cleansing and sloughing treatment for the entire body. A rich and luxurious exfoliating cream "gommage" is applied to the body to remove any surface dryness. The final step is a light application of body moisturizing lotion, leaving the skin smooth and refined.

Total Body Fango - 50 minutes
Authentic thermal fango imported from Italy is applied warm to the entire body to gently cleanse, remineralize and detoxify. The fango is gently showered off using a loofah mitt. Mineral body moisturizing lotion is then applied to help maintain the skin's elasticity and moisture.

Royal Manicure & Pedicure - 90 minutes
A more pampering, relaxing, superior version of the classics. Includes a bath salt with aromatic essences, peeling gel, soothing foot massage, softening cream and cooling gel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full. For group appointments or Spa day guests, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
