Competitive sailing is a sport which requires clear communication, fast feedback, and loads of teamwork. This is why our Corporate Sailing Regatta program is perfect for team building.

Fine Dining Guide & Destinations (FDGD) has teamed up with a company that will steer your group in the right direction to achieve goals and develop the team's leadership competencies.

From learning how to sail and work as a team, to team vs. team racing, participants will engage in challenges that are parallel to real work environments. During this intense sailing program, we work with team members and individuals to stretch their capacities and teach them to work independently within their roles, and interdependently as a cohesive team. Each team is comprised of eight members per sailing vessel and is assigned to boats between 32-48 feet in length. The boats' captains will handicap the races accordingly. After an initial safety briefing and sailing skills training, the teams will sail their boats in a series of sprint training races to practice their technique in preparation for the final regatta.

The Corporate Sailing Regatta program runs in half day and full day increments. This day of fun, sun, and ocean spray offers an ideal platform for camaraderie, leadership development, and adventure!
