Cuisine: SALAD BUFFET - A sumptuous assortment including 33 home made fresh salads, sushi, complemented by four hot dishes prepared by our chefs, to include homemade pastas, fresh seafood, poultry, and other delightful creations. RODIZIO - A continuous offering of 16 different cuts of meat, chicken, turkey, lamb, sausage, and ribs, served right on the skewers, hot off of our specially designed grilles, and sliced onto your guests' plates, as many times as they wish! The accompanying dishes of rice, fried yucca, bananas, French-fried potatoes, black beans and "farofa" the traditional Brazilian dish made with fried mandioca "yucca" flour, are all served "family style".
