Fine Dining Guide & Destinations (FDGD) has mastered the art of simulations through a four-hour, indoor program, consisting of one major team initiative that represents a simplified version of an organization. These simulations are run by FDGD staff and a partnering team-building company.

The purpose of the Custom-Designed Simulations is to create an environment that is similar to working in a real organization with different teams representing different departments. These departments have problem solving functions that must fit together for the ultimate success of the project.

The problem-solving, people, and collaboration skills necessary to be successful in the simulation are the same skills needed in real organizations. Participants learn through discovery learning. As the teams work through problems in planning, organization and execution, they discover what works and what doesn't, while learning how to combine strengths and having fun in the process.
